Natural Wood Disclosure & Handcrafted Product Notice

At Reclaimed Secrets, all of our pieces are handcrafted using natural, organic materials—including live edge wood sourced for its unique character and beauty. Please note the following:

• Live edge wood is not a manufactured or mass-produced product. It contains natural imperfections such as knots, cracks, color variations, voids, mineral streaks, and other organic features that are inherent to the material.

• These characteristics are not defects but rather part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind. No two slabs are exactly alike, and we do not consider naturally occurring textures, shifts, or irregularities as flaws.

• Clients should understand that handcrafted woodwork does not resemble machine-made or mass-produced furniture from retail stores. It may include subtle asymmetries and artistic choices that reflect the nature of artisan craftsmanship.

• Changes to wood over time, such as slight movement, checking, or aging, are normal and to be expected—especially in large slabs or live edge designs. We take every measure to stabilize and finish the piece with care, but nature continues to evolve even after installation.

• Final placement, fixture locations (including sink or hardware positioning), and layout should be confirmed prior to installation. Once the project has been delivered and approved on-site, any requests for reconfiguration or relocation will require a new quote and service agreement.

By purchasing or commissioning a piece from Reclaimed Secrets , the client acknowledges and accepts the natural and handcrafted nature of the product.

Local Hand Delivery and Pickup:

-Hand delivery is available for large items within 450 miles of Las Vegas, NV, 

-For custom pieces, the delivery is included. If you live outside of the Las Vegas area fees are applied* 

Refunds and Exchanges:

We have a No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchange policy 

- Our aim is to satisfy the customer, and if the customer is not happy with their purchase, we will take the necessary steps to address the issue.
