Shipping

We ship all large items via FED EX. All shipping is an estimate, if final shipping is higher than original quote we will inform the buyer to all options. If your item is damaged in shipping, you must let us know within 48 hours of arrival. You must keep all packaging for us to submit a claim. Without the packaging, the claim will be denied automatically by FedEx.

Shipping and handling charges include box and packing materials,time to pack, Insurance and shipping fees. Shipping cost is based on size of item and your delivery location zip code.

We send tracking numbers to all of our customers when an item is shipped. The customer is responsible for the item once it has been delivered. If you are not going to be available to receive an item when it is shipped, please inform us beforehand. We are not responsible for damage to an item once it has been delivered. This includes if your item is left outside to the elements.
Only if the customer requests that the package is to be signed for than it will be sent in that fashion, otherwise all packages will be shipped without signature required due to the large boxes and weight.
All shipments are insured up to 100 dollars.  Additional insurance may be purchased to cover the full amount of the item being shipped prior to shipment.

We can hand deliver large items if you live within 450 miles from Las Vegas NV for a fee which will be much less than shipping freight.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do everything necessary to satisfy the customer. We send tracking numbers to all customers when an item is shipped. The customer is responsible for the item once it has been delivered. If you are not going to be available to receive an item when it is shipped, please inform us beforehand. We are not responsible for damage to an item once it has been delivered. This includes if your item is left outside to the elements. If your package has been shipped without proof of signature and has been verified by the shipping company that it has been delivered to the correct address, Then there will be no refund or rebuild etc.
